Need to Update your Infusionsoft Password in SyncApps?

Hi, there!

Ever encountered this issue in Infusionsoft by Keap?

Unable to sync records to Infusionsoft by Keap.
Infusionsoft error: [InvalidConfig]Invalid Configuration: for help setting up your API, please contact Support (1-866-800-0004 ext. 2)

OR

Infusionsoft error: [FailedLoginAttempt]Invalid username and/or password. (Error code: 13)

It's super simple!

You just need to enter your updated Infusionsoft credentials, whether username or password, in Step 2 of your Sync Profile and hit save. Then, head back over to your Sync Profile dashboard to press Reset and Resync.
