SyncApps with Two way Sync

As SyncApps Integration default, records from app 1 and app 2 will sync bidirectionally based on your Sync Profile Configuration.

  • CRM always takes higher precedence over Marketing Automation. Any CRM record changes will always be synced to Marketing Automation.
  • CRM record data is synced from Marketing Automation only if the email address doesn't exist in CRM at the time of syncing.

Basic Contact fields such as email address, name, address, company name, and phone are already mapped.
