As SyncApps Integration default, records from app 1 and app 2 will sync bidirectionally based on your Sync Profile Configuration.
- CRM always takes higher precedence over Marketing Automation. Any CRM record changes will always be synced to Marketing Automation.
- CRM record data is synced from Marketing Automation only if the email address doesn't exist in CRM at the time of syncing.
For Contact sync by default SyncApps always tries to map the following fields if available with data in CRM:
- Email Address
- Job title (Title)
- First Name
- Middle Name
- Last Name
- Company Name (Account name)
- Work Phone (Phone, Phone1, main phone)
- Home Phone
- Mobile Phone
- Street Address
- State (Province)
- Postal Code (Zip code)
