Public Field in NetSuite not showing up in Field Mapping options

Use Case:

The field is public and is in the NetSuite Contacts Saved Search, but it isn't showing as a field option to map in the NetSuite dropdown. So the Refresh fields button doesn't apply because right now the field isn't showing as available even to map.

The field is called "Inactive" and is a NetSuite field.
Additionally, the "Inactive" field was added to the existing Saved Search two weeks ago. But still not showing as an option in the NetSuite dropdown to map.

Solution:

Please reach out to our 24/7 Support Team for this customization to be enabled.

Once the customization is enabled, then this will expose the "Inactive" field in the choices of field mapping in Step 4 of the Set Up.

Please also note that the customization is available in our Enterprise Plan only.
