Resync Zoho CRM Bounces to Constant Contact


When I delete bounces in Constant Contact, will those contacts resync over to Constant Contact from Zoho when another sync is performed? Or will the contacts be deleted in Zoho CRM as well?


For Constant Contact, we can bring back the Bounce Date and Reason if you map these fields in Step 4 of your Sync Profile and also please create the field on your Salesforce side as well to map to.

If your newly created fields or any other fields are not available in the field selection list, please press "Refresh Fields" button to retrieve the latest fields data from Zoho CRM and Constant Contact.

After adding any newly mapped fields, please Reset sync Process from your SyncApps Dashboard so all your data will be re-synced with the new mapping.

Since Constant Contact to CRM will not delete records using the API, you can just add a workflow in Zoho CRM to delete any record with the Bounce Date and Reason showing which meets your requirements.
