Why are my contacts not being copied over from my Email Marketing application to my CRM?

Contacts that you would like to sync MUST be a member of the Main List you specified in your Set Up Configuration. This functionality allows you to have full control over which Contacts or Leads you would like to always be in sync between your CRM and Email Marketing platform.
