Error setting up sync profile for on-premise Dynamics CRM 2011?

We have an on-premise Dynamics CRM 2011 and are getting the following error when setting up the sync profile to test Cazoomi:

Currently, we do not support MSCRM 2011 with NTLM authentication (In development). For on-premise, we only support Authentication with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS).

As a workaround, you can use MSCRM SyncApps to connect to MSCRM 4.0 endpoint that is available in MSCRM 2011.

On configuration please select MSCRM 4.0 SyncApps, Windows Integrated Authentication type and put the following URL as service URL and (change yourcompany name).

https://crm.yourcompany.com/mscrmservices/2007/CrmService.asmx

f you need more assistance, as an option to help you get set-up, please email our support@cazoomi.com team as we would need to have a read-only user access to your system to investigate.

We also need a public accessible URL of your CRM (without VPN or remote desktop). If your CRM is not accessible from public internet (outside company network) then, unfortunately, we will not be able to connect to your on-premise MSCRM.

At least the CRM server must be accessible from SyncApps server IPs listed here.
