You will need to configure your firewall to allow traffic from the SyncApps server with IP addresses: 18.104.22.168, 22.214.171.124, and 126.96.36.199.
For port, it will be 80 for HTTP or 443 for HTTPs or depending on your webserver/NAT configuration.
