You will need to configure your firewall to allow traffic from the SyncApps server with IP addresses: 50.57.94.62, 162.242.161.75, and 104.239.198.175.
For port, it will be 80 for HTTP or 443 for HTTPs or depending on your webserver/NAT configuration.
