If you are integrating more than 1 Set Up and these Set Ups are integrated to the same Main List (Called Audience now in Mailchimp), it is best practice to have all but one of the Profiles configured as One-Way Sync, so new signups in your Email Marketing software will be handled by one Profile only.
This will reduce API calls and time to sync. If the API call exceeds then you will need to wait for another 24 hours or the next day so that your API calls will be refreshed.
