Enterprise subscribers can now sync all comments from Zendesk tickets to NetSuite cases.
*Attachments are not supported yet but on our 2013 enhancements' roadmap.
To sync previously synced ticket please reset sync profile and sync now.
*Advanced settings will also allow you to Sync only updated data after a specific date:
