Sync Zoho CRM Opt-Outs to Constant Contact

Need to sync the Zoho CRM Opt-outs to Constant Contact?

First thing's first! SyncApps should sync the records as Opt-in to Constant Contact so that it can be cached for record updates via API. Please note that records not synced/created by SyncApps will not be updated.

 

Later on, the record in Zoho CRM opted out and you want them to reflect on the Constant Contact record as well. By default, SyncApps will ignore these records if it's opted out in CRM. Now, if you want to sync the Opt-out field to Constant Contact, please enable the "Do you want to unsubscribe existing Mailchimp Contacts or Leads who are marked as Opted Out in Zoho CRM? Select this feature" in Step 1 of the Sync Profile. 

Hit save then Reset Sync Process and resync.
