Sync Zoho CRM Opt-Outs to Constant Contact

Experiencing any issues with syncing your Zoho CRM opt-outs to Constant Contact?

Hi Cazoomi team,

The sync ran tonight and opt-outs from Zoho CRM did not come over to Constant Contact. This happened for both of my Sync Profiles. Why is this happening and how can we resolve? Opt-Outs must sync.

Thanks, and just checking on your integration so I think this feature below might have been checked yet the Reset Sync Process button needs to be pressed for this selection to work.

I am doing this now for the Contacts Sync Profile so let's check out the reports once completed.

It seems better but I have a few questions.

  • Why did Reset Sync Process need to be run? 
  • I tend to update opt-outs often.  Does the Reset Sync Process need to be run every time I change an opt-out in Zoho?
  • There are 59 more contacts in Zoho than in Constant Contact.  Why and how can I identify why these 59 are not coming over the sync.
  • There are 39 more leads in Zoho than in Constant Contact. Why and how can I identify why these 59 are not coming over the sync.

This was due to changing the configuration in Sync Profile which would always need to be reset.

No, this is only if you select an option and press save after setting up the Sync Profile.

Please Reset Sync Process then afterward review the Reports to compare using the Processed Emails from CRM report.
