Need to specify the Status of Leads created in NetSuite via SyncApps?
Let's say, in your CRM, Leads are being created with LEAD-1 - New, which is the first Status. Ideally, they would be created with Lead-3 - Open.
You can map the "Lead-3 - Open" static text to the NetSuite "Customer Status" field in the Field Mapping section of your integration, then select the mapping direction from Act-On to NetSuite.
Be sure to Reset Sync Process and Resync so that any updates in your Set Up configuration will be saved.
