Lead Status from Act-On to NetSuite

Need to specify the Status of Leads created in NetSuite via Cazoomi?

Let's say, in your CRM, Leads are being created with LEAD-1 - New, which is the first Status. Ideally, they would be created with Lead-3 - Open.

You can map "Lead-3 - Open" static text to NetSuite "Customer Status" field then select the mapping direction from Act-On to NetSuite.

Please do not forget to Reset Sync Process and Resync so that any updates in your Set Up configuration will be saved.
