Generate automatic emails when new records are added to CRM from your Marketing Automation

For this requirement, it would be possible to create an auto-response once a Contact from CRM lands in the List on Constant Contact as shown above in their software.
For sending updates when a member's status is changed, you would need to have our Pro plan using Filtering and Segmentation which would allow you to segment based on a field like "members status" in CRM and sync each record to a separate list in Constant Contact.
The rule is when a member's status is X land in List A in Set Up 1 using Step 5 with Filter and Enabling segmentation for that List A.

When a member's status is Y land in List B in using the same rule above in Step 5.
