Create a new Account option in Dynamics 365 integration

Having hurdles migrating your Contacts to specific Accounts in CRM using SyncApps?

Especially since SyncApps will reject a Contact because the Company name does not exist at the time of sync in CRM?

Here's the solution! Just follow these quick and easy Steps:

  • Head to Step 1 of the Sync Profile Setup.
  • Select the option "Create a new Account if the company name for the synced Contact does not exist at the time of sync in CRM."
  • Once this option is selected, then please make sure that the "Microsoft Flow" is disabled so that it won't create any errors during the sync.
  • Please hit Save then Reset Sync Process and Resync.
