Zoho CRM workflow is not always triggered based on Zoho subscribers feedback.
SyncApps always sets the "wfTrigger" true for every Custom module (Campaign Response) creation/update call.
Zoho CRM still does not support triggering multiple records or there is a bug in their system.
Please contact Zoho CRM support if that is still the case. Please reference other Zoho subscribers complaints about the same issue.
