Zendesk Error when using the NetSuite App inside Zendesk

"Error message: Received invalid response from the server, please try again"

If you receive this kind of error when looking up a Customer in NetSuite from the NetSuite App inside Zendesk, this is usually on the Zendesk API side and this usually will correct itself on the subsequent syncs.
