Image URL Error (NetSuite to Handshake)

Hey there!

You're probably integrating NetSuite to Handshake and are having trouble, particularly with syncing images.

Let's get this resolved together!

If you want to sync your specific field (images) from NetSuite to Handshake, in Step 4 of your Sync Profile, just select the NetSuite field you use for images like in the example below for "Custom Field: Image URL - Handshake (CUSTITEM_IMAGE_URL_HANDSHAKE)" and then select the Handshake Field by simply tapping to select "Image URL" in the field dropdown menu.

Save the Field Mapping Step 4 and then be sure to Reset Sync Process. 

If you hit an error with images like below be sure to check if the image is available on NetSuite side first then replace it if not.

Handshake error: {"__all__": ["The 'imageURLs' field couldn't set value '[u'']': Errors uploading images"]} (HTTP Status Code: 400)

Go to URL above and see that image is not available.

Page Not Found

Click the 'Back' button on your browser to go back.

Options would be to make sure the image for the product is replaced or the Handshake item is replaced with a new image.
