Eventbrite Campaign(s) not created in Salesforce

These are the several reasons why the Eventbrite Events are not syncing and created in Salesforce as Campaign(s) :

  • Eventbrite is not connected in Step 2 of the Sync Profile.
  • Eventbrite Campaign(s) is not selected in Step 2 of the Sync Profile.
  • If Eventbrite Campaign(s) do not have records in it then SyncApps will not create this Campaign in Salesforce.

To overcome the issue, please follow these simple steps:

  • Eventbrite is not connected in Step 2 of the Sync Profile.

Connect the correct Eventbrite account in Step 2 of the Sync Profile. Save then Reset Sync Process and resync.

  • Eventbrite Campaign(s) is not selected in Step 2 of the Sync Profile.

Select Eventbrite events by tapping the "Select Specific Events to Sync" as shown in the screenshot above. Save, Reset Sync Process then resync.

  • If Eventbrite Campaign(s) do not have records in it then SyncApps will not create this Campaign in Salesforce.

Make sure the EventBrite Events do have at least 1 record in it so that the Event will be created as a Campaign in Salesforce.
