How can I map the pre-mapped fields in Step 4 of my integration?

Pre-mapped fields are built-in fields of your software such as the following:

  • Email address
  • Name
  • Address (Primary/Standard)
  • Phone (Primary) 

By default, SyncApps integrates these fields even if you haven't configured these in the field mapping section. The fields that are available in the drop-down menu will depend on what Object type in Step 1 you have selected.

If you have selected "Contact" as the Object type then only Contact type fields will be available for mapping. 


In some cases, our subscribers wanted to make those available as one of the options to map. You will just need to reach out to our 24/7 Support Team so that customization that will allow overriding built-in mapping will be enabled for you. Customizations are available to Enterprise Plan subscribers only.
