Are you having this problem that is stopping your Sync Profile integration run?
The error is caused by the Base (Zendesk Sell) API side so here are the following resolutions:
- This can be fixed in subsequent syncs, the error might go on and off because as mentioned above, this is from the Base (Zendesk Sell) API side in which SyncApps cannot resolve it.
- Try to reconnect Base (Zendesk Sell) in Step 1.
