SSL Connection error
- This is a temporary error in connection to the Handshake server, so this will be fixed in subsequent sync.
Error on syncing because "Customer ID" is already used
- This needs to be checked by searching the customer ID in Handshake. Maybe there was some merged or customer name renamed in NetSuite. To fix this error, you might need to change the existing customer ID in Handshake or delete it based on your findings in Handshake.
For example, for this error for NetSuite customer 5xxxx:
|Customer ID ABC Designs is already used by another customer, please change to other value.|
Please search customer in Handshake: "ABC Designs" and as mentioned above, you might need to change the existing customer ID in Handshake or delete it based on your finding in Handshake.
