Are you having this error with your NetSuite integration?

Error on ticket sync. Error on NetSuite customer/contact retrieval or creation. Permission Violation: this customer or lead does not belong to your group. (Error code: CUST_LEAD_NOT_GROUP_MEMBR) 

or

Error on ticket sync. Error on NetSuite customer/contact retrieval or creation. Please enter value(s) for: Primary Subsidiary (Error code: USER_ERROR)

The role that the integration is using to connect to your NetSuite account might not have access to the subsidiary that the integration is attempting to create a customer under or you have not named the Main Subsidiary in Step 2 of your NetSuite integration.

To solve the issue, add more subsidiaries to the role you are using in SyncApps Step 1 user credentials to match the permissions needed and/or add the Main Subsidiary in Step 2 of your NetSuite integration.
