Are you new to SyncApps and having a hard time setting up your Zendesk integration because you're using Single Sign-On (SSO) in your Zendesk Account?
Easy! SSO for Zendesk is currently not supported yet there's a workaround to be able to sync your records!
API Password Access setting must be enabled in Zendesk to be able to use this SyncApps.
Authentication using the Zendesk API token is also possible. You just need to append "/token" to your user email address as the username and use the API token as a password.
Example: Username: YOUR_ZD_LOGIN_EMAIL/token
Then you can set up Step 1 with your Zendesk username and password.
