Setting up your Zendesk integration using Single Sign-On (SSO) in your Zendesk Account?
Follow the guidance below.
API Password Access setting must be enabled in Zendesk to be able to use SyncApps.
Authentication using the Zendesk API token is also possible. You just need to append "/token" to your user email address as the username and use the API token as a password.
Example: Username: YOUR_ZD_LOGIN_EMAIL/token
