Having the "INVALID_CROSS_REFERENCE_KEY" error popping up on your integration today?
The error above occurs when the email address of the record(s) is misplaced. Let's say the email address is placed in the Last Name field.
To overcome the issue above, make sure that you have placed the email address in the standard email address field so that SyncApps will not treat the error as invalid.
