Does Your Mindbody Integration Error State "Timeout Expired"?

Error on sync: MINDBODY Error: Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding. (Error code: 9999)

What is this error about? 

The error above happens when the Mindbody Online API's server isn't responding because of too much data being requested by your ongoing Sync Process. This means that Mindbody Online API's server isn't catching up to the volume of data requests from your ongoing Sync, causing it to timeout and subsequently stop responding. 

Now, while we have no control over the Mindbody Online API's server, we have a workaround. We can lower the volume of records pulled from Mindbody Online API's server - for example, if the default volume is 2000 records per page, then we can lower it to 500 records per page, to ease the strain on Mindbody Online API's server.

We would advise filing a separate ticket to Mindbody Online as well to notify them of this error, in case this error persists.
