Are you an existing SyncApps subscriber who's transferring old records to a new CRM, Financials, or eCommerce organization records for your new organization? No problem!
SyncApps uses the standard email address field as the unique data identifier for record updates or record creations. If the record already exists in both systems in the initial Sync, then SyncApps will just marry these records rather than creating a new one.
If the records were already synced in the old CRM/Financials/eCommerce organization, SyncApps would also marry these records - SyncApps will just connect then update the record during the Sync.
Please note that SyncApps does not duplicate records.
