How To Set Up Freshdesk RMA With NetSuite SyncApps

 

Setting up Freshdesk with NetSuite RMA on SyncApps is super easy!

Since the Freshdesk RMA App is still not available in Freshdesk's Marketplace, please reach out to our 24/7 Support team through support@cazoomi.com to request for a the RMA App File(Zip File). Once you have it, Download freshdesk-app.zip file that will be sent to you.

Login to your Freshdesk account and go to Admin->Apps .

Go to Custom Apps->New Custom App.

You will then be redirected to another page. Click Add New App and select Custom App.

Supply required fields and click Publish.

Wait for the Custom App to be internally published.

Once published. Go back to your Freshdesk account and go to Admin->Apps. Then, Custom Apps->Get Custom Apps. The App is now available in the Gallery.

Click install and supply your Set Up Token. The Set Up Token can be found in Step 1 of the Set Up setup.

You can now use the RMA App every time you view a Ticket.

Whenever you have some issues like the RMA details aren't showing up, please refresh the page.
