Dealing with a Response Status of 403 Forbidden Error Message for Zoho Integrations

Are you getting this error from your integration logs today?

ERROR

Error on sync: Zoho CRM: UniformInterfaceException: GET https://www.zohoapis.com/crm/v2/users?type=CurrentUser&page=1&per_page=1 returned a response status of 403 Forbidden

This is an intermittent error coming from Zoho CRM. The best practice to overcome it is to try to disconnect and reconnect your Zoho CRM credentials in Step 1 of the integration and tap the Save Changes.

Either Sync Now or wait for the next scheduled integration to run as this will solve this type of issue.
