Getting a copy of your invoices or even changing who they are sent to on your accounting team is super simple.
You can use the "Invoices" feature on My Account. Please head to your SyncApps dashboard and press "My Account" to get your last 24 invoices anytime you need them.
To get a copy of the invoice, make sure that you're logged in as the Team Lead. You'll see the "Invoices" tab.
If the date of the invoice you're looking for is not there, send a note to our 24/7 Support Team today so that the old invoices will be resent to you.
If you need to change who the invoices are sent to, just tap the Settings tab by your Account Information to do this task.
Paypal Invoice:
To get a copy of your invoice, the only way to do so in PayPal is to log into your account and download it from PayPal, as SyncApps does not maintain PayPal invoices.
Take these steps to save an email invoice as a PDF:
Any printable file can be saved and viewed as a PDF, regardless of whether you are using Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, or any other email service. To convert an email to a PDF, you will first need to access the Print dialog box within the specific email you wish to convert. The Print dialog box may be indicated by a printer icon or located under additional menu options.
- Click Print.
- Select Save As PDF or Export As PDF from the Print dialog box.
- Name the file and choose the desired location on your computer.
- Select Save.
