NetSuite Campaign Response Sync Troubleshooting

Are you not seeing the Campaigns in Netsuite that you need to see so your Sales Teams can take action?

If the SyncApps logs display Campaigns are synced but no email history records are created in NetSuite, please do the following steps:

  • Open menu Setup > Integration > Web Service Process Status
  • Download recent request and response file. See the following screenshot:

Send both the request and response files (the latest one) to our 24/7 team along with your Set Up ID or URL so our team can diagnose what might be the issue and get your Campaign history data flowing again.
