When a record is created or synced, it will be seen under Sync Reports, so if you are not finding a record in Salesforce, then this is the place to look.
For example, your "Processed emails from Salesforce to Constant Contact" under the Sync Reports says that the specific record email@example.com can't be found on the CRM side by the user.
In some cases, it is created but will be synced to your Salesforce Recycle bin.
So go ahead and check it.
