Have you mapped all the fields needed in Step 4 of the Set Up yet some of which do not sync to your connecting software?
Easy to remedy and here's how!
First, it's imperative to understand why these fields aren't syncing. Well, here are some of the reasons:
INSUFFICIENT_PERMISSION
1) The field is read-only;
2) An associated feature is disabled;
3) The field is available either when a record is created or updated, but not in both cases.
Here are the following steps to overcome and get the fields synced:
Example error:
customerfield_custentity_communication_country due to INSUFFICIENT_PERMISSION ((1) The field is read-only; 2) An associated feature is disabled; 3) The field is available either when a record is created or updated, but not in both cases.))
First, check your permissions here. Once verified yet the error is still occurring, please make sure that customerfield_custentity_communication_country does not meet any of the 3 criteria mentioned above to sync it successfully.
Reset Sync Process and resync.
