OneWorld with Subsidiary management in NetSuite needs to have the main subsidiary selected in Step 1 of your automation.
For NetSuite OneWorld users please enter the default subsidiary name for the new Customer or Contact created by SyncApps, otherwise, Customer or Contact creation will fail.
In the TBA (Token Based Authentication) setup process, there is a feature to allow access to all subsidiaries. The default subsidiary is only used for creating new records in NetSuite. This option can be found in Step 1 of any integration setup.
