NetSuite OneWorld And Subsidiaries

 

OneWorld with Subsidiary management in NetSuite needs to have the main subsidiary selected in Step 1 of your automation.

For NetSuite OneWorld users, please enter the default subsidiary name for the new Customer or Contact created by SyncApps; otherwise, Customer or Contact creation will fail.

In the TBA (Token Based Authentication) setup process, there is a feature that allows access to all subsidiaries. The default subsidiary is only used to create new records in NetSuite. This option can be found in Step 1 of any integration setup.

  1. Be sure to allow access to "All Subsidiaries" on the role if using a One World Account.

For NetSuite OneWorld users, you can enter the default subsidiary name for the new Customer or Contact created by SyncApps; otherwise, the creation will fail.

Sometimes, a subscriber will create a Set Up for each NetSuite Subsidiary they want to integrate. To ensure that each Set Up syncs with its assigned Subsidiary, please be sure only to use a NetSuite role with All NetSuite Subsidiary access and also create a separate NetSuite role for each NetSuite Subsidiary assigned.

Note: Default subsidiary is only used for new record creation in NetSuite.
