Eventbrite and Salesforce Integration

-----------------------------------------

Does your organization need to create a Salesforce Opportunity when an Event is created in Constant Contact?

Problem solved using a simple Process Builder flow in Salesforce!

USE CASE:

When people register for an event then match up to an opportunity in Salesforce. Next, have the registration type and amount paid to sync over to that opportunity in Salesforce.

For example, if they register for Conference XYZ, we would have an opportunity in Salesforce called Conference XYZ.

SOLUTION:

Use Salesforce Process Builder to meet this requirement.

When SyncApps creates the Salesforce Campaign from the Event Campaigns integration in Constant Contact, you could use this approach to create the Opportunity as well as capture the registration type and amount paid, which are also included in the Campaign that syncs back from Constant Contact.
